I had the incredible joy of meeting Sharon in person—someone who has been part of our Run to Write community for over three years!
Run to Write has been thriving for nearly four years, and I'm grateful to everyone who has made this movement possible. It's been a true privilege connecting with you every Monday as we write together in silent solidarity, or receiving your thoughtful messages every Monday and Thursday.
When I first launched this newsletter, my mission was personal—to establish a consistent writing practice where I would show up, create, and share my work. As our community grew, this vision expanded into something more meaningful, showing up, writing, and encouraging others to do the same.
Thank you for being on this journey with me. The Monday writing sessions have become something I genuinely look forward to each week. Sharon has been one of our most dedicated members, and finally meeting her in person was a highlight of my week!
Sharon, I'm incredibly grateful you took time from your busy schedule to meet and chat. You’re so sweet and kind. I loved hearing about your running adventures, writing projects, and travel experiences. Thank you.
You're truly inspiring! Keep writing, running, and sharing your remarkable journey with us.
To everyone in this community, you're all remarkable! The commitment you show to your writing and wellness practices continues to motivate me every day.
Onwards and upwards,
Julie

"There are no strangers here, only friends you have not met yet". William Butler Yeats. I paraphrase but just returned from a 12 day trip to Italy and the 40 people we travelled with all bonded as we shared one fabulous experience after another. And Jules, Sharon & I were touring the Vatican on the same day that the new Pope was elected. A thrilling day.
I’d like to note that this morning’s RUN TO WRITE at 11:00 (as with all the other Mondays) is a time I really look forward to. The random sprinkling of doctor appointments and procedures that sometimes conflict? Not so much. No conflicts today! See you Zoomers today at 11:00 EST.
