Autumn Runs
It snowed here in Manlius, NY! Nothing crazy, yet enough for my children to make this miniature snowman.
It’s adorable, yet I want fall to hang on just a bit longer. I want more autumn leaves, more autumn runs. And then queue the song, you can’t always get what you want.
With that said, I hope you get one thing today you need. Enjoy the poem and thank you for reading.
Poem of the day:
Autumn Runs
A tunnel of color
On her right and left
She hears the rustling of leaves
The sound of her breath
The autumn season she loves
A great time to run
Enjoying the miles
Before the season is done
She knows winter will come
Embracing the change
The squeaky of the white ground
Leaves for snow exchange
