Good Morning RWC!

Today’s poem was inspired by this weekend's long run.

I’m always amazed and in awe of the sunrise. We were blessed to see the morning sky light up in a rosy hue. It was beautiful. I was glad to be up and outdoors to see it. Thank you running buddy!

It gave me inner peace.

Even though uncertainty and stressors surround me I will find peace. I will rejoice in the Lord and be glad.

We bound up the hill
Into the bold morning sky
Mighty in our minds  
A pink hue lit up the path
