Our amazing brain likes to repeat the negative over and over…good thing we know this so we can take charge. EmPOWERment.
Let’s control our minds. Write down your wins and read them out loud.
This is one tool I use and it works.
When I notice I’m starting to spiral in despair and tragedy I redirect my mind to the wins. We must be deliberate with this. If I can do it so can you.
