I love the last photo of you walking with another writer. Perhaps an optical illusion but it seemed you and your friend were about to achieve liftoff. To float away! Then again, practicing loving kindness, caring for and about others, and seeking wellness for those whose lives you touch can create that felt state. Like the title of the Daniel Day Lewis film, “The Unbearable Lightness of Being.” Also, “The Last of the Mohicans.” Day-Lewis is the only male actor to have won three Academy Awards for Best Actor!! (I don’t own stock in his production company🤭)

Good morning Gary,

It's so great to hear from you. Thank you so much for reading, I love that Ramona took that picture of us walking.

I loved the movie The Last of the Mohicans. I haven't heard of the other one. I hope your morning is off to a great start. :)

Hope to see you on a Monday write again when your schedule allows.

Take good care,

Julie

A book recommendation

By Warren Grossman

Love your poem "Contentment". Nature can be such a healer. Check out " To be healed by the Earth" by Warren Grossman. Simply written but deeply profound. Life changing...
