Stay hydrated…My focus for the week and win!
I carried my Nalgene bottle with me on my comings and goings. On runs five miles or longer I wore my vest with two hydration bottles snug in the pockets.
Hydration for the win! AND added to my summer reading stack.

Julie
I can almost picture the scene in your poem. In fact you have inspired me to jot down some lines of my own. Hope you enjoy reading it.
A CALL TO ARMS
I blame my arms
For pushing me into a stride
After all, what's the harm
If it would just hang by my side
It didn't care
That I did not want to run
But still threw me a dare
"Come on, let's have some fun"
I followed, struck dumb
My arms pulling me on its own
The mind so numb
Oh why could this road not slow down
And then it happened
That glow in my heart
My pace quickened
And I start to look the part
I am a runner
Give me a high five
Free and yet with wonder
That I have never felt so alive
Don't blame the arms
For pushing me into a stride
After all, it did no harm
Keeping my arms away from my side.
Kind Regards
Harish
