How are you feeling?
It’s been a week. You know the kind where you want to just hide under the covers and sleep the uncertainty, the frustration, and pain away!
Thank goodness for my family and running, both keep me showing up. AND fighting back at the negativity in my mind. It’s a daily practice to look for those wins, those positives! You can even write it out in a poem.

Write your wins down Post them all around Did you shower today And get dressed WIN! Did you move your body? Or be still in breath WIN! Did you smile or wave A random act of kindness WIN! Get your kids out the door On the bus in time WIN! Write for 10 minutes prepare a healthy meal WIN! Find the small or big wins At least for today Keep nudging the mind to The positive during these times
