Poem of the day
In the thick of editing my next book and needed a laugh! I also needed a break so wrote a poem. I’m finding this part of the process is like training for a marathon…keep showing up, and don’t give up— it will be worth it.
Here Again I sit down and write Write anything that comes to mind. Don’t worry about tense or spelling now isn’t the time. Yet editing will come and that alone is a grind— One I loathe… Does it flow? What tense is best? Your spelling and grammar are a mess. You write the word really a lot— Really? Editing— take three, and here I go again...
We meet this Friday to write together. Please come, there are no requirements.
