What’s your frame of mind these days?
We all have an internal dialogue, thoughts that we say to ourselves that could be outdated or could be unhelpful.
Are you aware of what you are saying to yourself?
My thought download for the day is when I run or walk. It’s my time to check in with my thoughts. Is it true? Is it kind? Is it optimistic?
I find some sentences I say to myself are not. My time on the road allows me to shift and manage my mindset.
What are you saying to yourself?
Remember our body/mind doesn’t know the difference between a joke or sarcasm so please be kind to yourself.
I hope it is saying I am worthy. I am good enough. I am capable. I am lovable.
