We’ve endured again 
Rain and wind won’t hold us down 
We run unified

Saturday’s run/walk was wet, cold, and windy. Yet we endured!

The Run to Write team showed up 25 strong, with tremendous enthusiasm, courage, and joy! We had several runners place in their age group and everyone crossed the finish line.

We’re so grateful.

Jeff finished in 36 minutes, a huge triumph. His goal was to finish in under 40 minutes and he did it! We’re so proud of him. He’s making gains slow and steady.

Unfortunately, something terrible happened not long after Jeff finished, a fellow runner collapsed crossing the finish line. Jeff dashed over with a few others to begin CPR. The man was then rushed to the hospital. He’s in stable condition but we don’t know the outcome yet.

We need your prayers.
