It’s dark—
My feet hit the road
with a gentle beat
My inhale and exhale
break the silence 
I’m alive.
Lost in motion.

It’s time—
My arms swing with joy
awake with purpose 
Grateful for my body
Resilience builds
I’m healthy.
Lost in happy.
