From here we see a 
single swan on the water    
White among the green 
Blue heron stands motionless
with the trees—
Nature is effortless 
it seems. 
We run
Our feet beating in rhythm 
against the wooden planks
Breathe in, breathe out 
Sweat drips
Muscles ache
Nature still in all
our commotion yet 
She shares her 
sources with love and devotion 
Flowing all around us
Peace, energy, freshness  
From here on in 
Nature wins
