       Onward and Upward

Whatever lies ahead
You’re running the race  
You build endurance 
Resilience and strength 

In the miles you run
In the challenges you face 
Through the peaks and valleys 
Keep your pace 

Onward and upward! 
You shout 
The attitude to have 
No doubt
