Run and shine
Set my intention 
The day is mine 

Shine and breathe
Bring a good attitude 
Is all I need 

Breathe and run 
Out the door
Greet the sun 

Run and love 
Life is special 
Each day from above 

Love and smile
to everyone I see 
my desire
