Run Buddy (For Felicia) You didn’t cancel— even with icicles for fingers, and cold feet— not you. Saturday morning run buddy I can count on you. Silver beads of snow cover our sneakers. A glow lights the path. Peace of mind side by side— a friendship that lasts.

I do. I'm very fortunate to have A LOT of options for running very close around where I live. I can snowshoe or trail run in a large state park, do some serious "Chuck Norris" level hill climbs and downhill right from my house, or for distance, run along either the Snake or Clearwater Rivers on a relatively flat paved trail. It's the getting out the door when it's cold isn't it? Once out, I'm rejoicing and loving the snow.....take care!
