Yes, Julie, I do have support. Have meds to use when I have an episode, and motion sickness pills for when I am in the car for any length of time. Car sickness seems to aggravate it. I do things a little slower now too, like weeding or bending over. It is a really scary thing to have happen. The first time I was terrified.
