Yes, we can do hard things but we can also do beautiful, courageous, vulnerable, loving, sharing things…they are all here for us.

      Space to Breathe

Morning darkness 
Quiet, stillness 
Space to breathe

A steady rhythm begins 
The beat of my sneakers 
The inhale and exhale 
Of my breath

Peace is found 
Calm is felt 
My mind is strong
