I saw several robins, cardinals, and redwing blackbirds on the trail. It was music to my ears. Spring is really here!
I was content watching and walking as I looked up to find the musical birds.
Their birdsong gave me energy and lifted my spirits.
I can be content though I’ve found this to be a tricky thing sometimes. And yet as I find myself walking the trail, watching and listening to the birds, it doesn’t seem tricky at all.
Look around.
What feels like contentment to you right now?

Haha Mud is NOT my favorite part of Spring!!
