Synchronicity

More than a coincidence

Immortality...

Love your experience of my precious brother, Howard. Thank you for sharing Jules in your own precious way. And Congratulations on chalking up another Ultra in such muddy, challenging conditions. No stopping you, our "force of Nature and Love".

An absolutely wonderful post, Julie B. Hughes! It seems that preoccupation with the warps and woofs of my own life (not the weaving variety) left me surprised as well as embarrassed to learn you’ve been preparing for and have just run your second 50 Ultra Marathon.

The bagpipe music that Clark’s brother composed, and that you heard by the waterfall, is the stuff of legend! I suspect the recent rain that muddied the trail also contributed to the roar of the waterfall!

Your poetry was a delight to read, too. I’m grateful for the life blood that flows through you and out into the world.

Thank you so much Gary! It was the most beautiful and challenging course I've ever run! I was grateful to have my 50 running buddies with me in spirit, the beads in my running vest. It sure kept me going. I hope you and Beth are doing well and feeling more like yourself. Have a wonderful weekend coming up.
