Lovely Julia... and maybe it’s not as hard work as we all think? Perhaps we just “allow” the April showers to wash away those pesky weeds that block the “seeds of joy” that “already exists” in each one of us. Perhaps less “weeding” and more “forgiving”? Once we get into the practice of forgiving (ourselves & others) our joyful seeds may germinate in ways we can’t even imagine. All the “greats”teach forgiveness. Perhaps it’s time for mankind to finally learn...
A great metaphor, Julie! I’ve been in the garden a lot recently - I’ve been trying to remind myself that weeds are just flowers in the wrong place! 🤣
