Oof! I'm getting inspiration from you. A green smoothie with avocado, banana, coconut water, spinach... And maybe a boiled egg on the side for extra fuel. A recipe or two would be great Julie! :)

Protein smoothie in the Vitamix: frozen banana, PB, a half mug of leftover coffee and vanilla protein powder. Maybe berries if any on hand.

I could talk about breakfast all day every day. Today I did speed work (yes, I might actually be training for Berlin) and recovered with roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes from last night’s dinner transformed into breakfast by piling cottage cheese on top.

As I sit down with my breakfast and my phone I am surprised! Your breakfast looks so much like mine -except the color. Oh! Blueberries 🫐! My base is oatmeal. Same toppings tho!
