Good morning Clark! Yes, I was nervous but did "good enough"— most importantly I hope those who attended took away something helpful and encouraging. I probably could have talked for another hour! There is so much to share and love the topic.

That was one journal article of many and was so happy to come across. It allowed me to look at some of the outdated beliefs I was holding onto and let them go. I do want to believe I am tough! :) Thank you for the message and looking forward to hearing your take on the recording. One of the books I read MANY time to my kiddos— thanks to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

A public invitation to return to co-host kinda of says it all Julie. Congratulations. So proud of you. Btw, look at all you have accomplished and the inspiring example you provide so many. You can be “tough” by just being who you are ( big heart, big brain) which is the greatest accomplishment of ALL.

Julie, more truth than compliment. Take it in Julie. Feel it. Let it resonate. Accept its truth and continue to live that truth. Yes, the truth will set you free. My prayer for you....

"giving up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul." That is very nicely put...

I agree— this quote needs to be framed in my home! :) as the years roll on.

Today is exceptionally hot and unusually humid...it is draining. On days like this, it is simple to lose enthusiasm and hide somewhere cool...preferably a pool. Then I read this quote and immediately perked up and decided to do my work regardless of the situation... So the quote changed me - at least on this day! Thanks for sharing it...
