I had such a hard run yesterday with the chill and heavy winds so your post about running during difficult times hit me today. I am feeling much better and resting until Saturday to give my sore knee a rest. Mentally, I'll do it even in "heavy rain"! Maybe it will make the Boston Half Marathon conditions easier. XO
