You ask, “Have you ever kept a secret? What made it hard to share?”

Yes. Shame and fear of rejection and contempt.

We’re only as sick as our secrets.

Thank you “a bushel and a peck” (you might need a couple more years to recall that song). Your free verse declaration of finding your way, then living it, resonates with me. Thanks for being the starter for today’s living. One step at a time.

Thank you Gary for sharing. Shame for me as well.

There is a song called "bushel and a peck" HA! Sounds like a good one.

One step at time.

Oh! Shirts arrived, I pick them up today and heading to the post office to mail them out.

Beth is going to love her t-shirt for warm weather lounging about or writing. Loosely fitting garments serve that purpose well! Wishing you the best of days. Of busy days.

A secret? Yes. What makes it hard to share? Imposter syndrome, front and center!

Yes, I have kept secrets. I am finally able to share and not keep secrets anymore. It was hard but I did it. Life is not always a bowl of cherries!! Now that I am older I can share them without feeling bad. I know now that God is always with me! Love you!
