We were born to breathe

Fresh and healthy outdoor air

Yes, do what Jules does‼️

Suggestion for parents: Every season has its sports related weather even if it is just walking, hiking or running. Begin with pushing the carriage with your precious cargo inside breathing outdoor fresh air. Next: Have infants take first steps outdoors! Etc etc etc‼️‼️‼️

Being where you live and getting out the door with family to enjoy the Great Out Doors (g.o.d.) is an intentional, mindful choice in today's world. It must become a habit. You were born and raised in that outdoor environment with daily chores. Glad you continue to embrace the Great Out Doors. We need a President who can inspire the Nation to get fit and lead by example. I vote for YOU. ♥️👣♥️

I'm happy it's a habit for me and working hard to encourage my children in this habit too. :) Yes a President who inspired and led our nation would be great but I'm not holding my breath. I'll lead here in my corner of the world and hope that inspires others to do the same. Thanks, Clark! :)

Good morning Clark! I'm so grateful I live where I live...to get outdoors every day in the fresh air. I would go stir-crazy staying indoors all day.

Thank you for the great haiku. :) Happy Monday.

Our kids get outside every day, unless high winds make the waving tree branches dangerous. We have a huge playground, plus a woods trail. Allowed to climb trees, carry sticks and rocks, dig in mud, handle bugs and worms and snails. Our boss sets out pumpkins to carry up and roll down the slides. I bring in corn stalks, sunflowers, etc. to explore, plus we grow things to harvest and eat right on the playground. One of their favorite things is when our cook brings our class a bunch of huge boxes after an order of food and supplies. The things they can make and do with them!

And my own kids... well, coming from a farm, you know about that!

This is amazing! What a great place to be and of course they have you as a teacher. :) Those children are so blessed. Wouldn't it be great if this continued all through high school and into adulthood?

Looks like the JFK article is from Sports Illustrated. I expect you can get permission from them to use the quotes in your book. Nicely done!

Thank you so much for the reminder Janis to get their permission. Yes, Sports Illustrated. I'll get on that soon. Thanks again.

I love this Julie. It's so important to role model anything you hope others will embrace. We are watching you. Your children are watching you. Their encouragement is 'easier'. If you are prepared to do the work (and reap the rewards), others will be inspired. Gogogo!
