Lesson from a caterpillar...

you too can change.

My daughter Delaney noticed the caterpillar in a J shape hanging from an iris. I was thrilled when I came back to check on it—making its chrysalis.

I was in awe to see this miracle take place before my very eyes. Check out the video above (My apologies for my poor video skills.)

my children to thank
for paying attention  
my eyes wide, face bright  
to witness a miracle— 
nothing to pull me away
not even my run sneakers
