Isn’t it funny how some food you’d never consider for post-race sustenance is the best thing you’ve ever tasted? After my 50M a million years ago, my non-runner friends made a pot roast dinner (😳) to celebrate. I’m not even a meat eater but that salt and fat was just what I needed. I can still taste it.
Hi Renate, Great to get your message. We missed you today but hope you can join us again soon. I'll be hosting until the end of July then taking a few weeks off in August. I'll make sure to post so everyone has a heads up.
Hi Julie B. Hughes! Thanks for the images today of your cheer squad after the race. Nothing beats family. I’ll be Zooming at 11:00 today and am looking forward to seeing all in virtual attendance. 🌞
Thanks Julie B. Hughes. I sent you a message (email) about my struggle with Zoom. I could not hear your voice and the name tag that is usually below my image was non-existent. I discovered that Zoom decided I was driving a car and blocked both audio and video. I learned afterwards that Zoom is associated with Microsoft. I don’t have a functioning M/S email address but it appears I need to set one up. Apple is your OS, so I don’t think they would be tied in with Zoom! I’ll set to work to be Zoom-able asap!
Hi Gary, I didn't see your email, my apologies. That is so strange. I did mute everyone, though, when we started writing. (was that why?) Hope you get it straightened out and if there is anything I can do on my end let me know.
Still a mystery to me. I could not hear you giving a writing prompt, or during the half hour “stretch and be photographed part” either. Who doesn’t love a mystery! All the best, Julie B. Hughes.

That's so funny! I hear ya. I don't even like coleslaw, but theirs was to die for! LOL
Mistakes are easy
Owning up to them is hard
Then a good night sleep❗️

A mystery indeed.
