Nicknames

what are some of yours?

One of my nicknames— Mama Moose. Brindsley even used it when he made this poster for me at The Boston Marathon in 2021.

Nicknames— 
I have a few. Ms. Toasty, 
Mama Moose, and
Health Nut too.  
My children call, “Ms, Toasty
we want some toast with butter.”
I smile. 
Happy to be their mother. 
 
Brindsley jokes “Mama moose is on 
the loose.” Who knows where that 
came from— It makes me laugh, and
It could be worse— mama calf?  

They call me the Health Nut— 
spinach at every meal. Yes, green 
pancakes are the trick to 
keep them from getting sick.
Delaney shouts— 
“oh, green is the best!” 
I grab a plate and nod, 
I'm so blessed.
