I love that road. Today it reminds me of many days walking with the girls to spend time with Daddy at the Watervale farm. Grabbing a pony, hitching up the cart and , weeee! Off we go..

How many times we had way too many bodies on that cart seat!

Change requires awareness. Awareness requires a recipe.

What are your necessary ingredients for sustainable change? Are they in your inventory? I would suggest all ingredients including courage are stored within. In time, one will discover what one needs. How much time does one have? Isn't that the mystery and also the catalyst for finding the courage before one's last breath? I am no James Clear but just my humble take on his compelling quote.
