'Unplugging from the hurry' - that's just the perfect expression, Julie. Thank you so much for your poems, your support for the writing community, AND for 'A Real Ballbuster', which is a terrific read! 😊

You're so welcome Rebecca but Run to Write wouldn't be what it is without you and the others. Thank you for showing up and joining the conversation each week. It truly is wonderful to get to know everyone more and more. And you read A REAL BALLBUSTER! Oh thank you so much Rebecca...I can't wait to hear your thoughts.

The book is terrific - I've read it on Kindle and am planning on ordering the hard copy. There's a review on Amazon right now. 😊

Good morning Julie! My crystal ball (Accuweather) suggests snow, maybe sleet, and sub-freezing temps this morning. For someone who runs in 0° F. conditions, today’s may be “Ho-hum.” Just an “is.”

The writer’s quote you shared today portends the great value of your new book for so many lives. Not just for those contending with cancer. I also see how your book models a strategy for coping with other life challenges.

Knocked it out of the park with this one! It is Major League Baseball season. ;-) See you at 11:00.

Good morning Gary! Yes we have snow and cold temperatures. It's wild but nothing new for March. LOL The Robins are still showing up so that gives me hope. Gary, thank you for reading and this encouragement. I do hope it gets into the hands that need it. See you at 11 am. Yahoo!!
