Missing Nature Seven days My sneakers Sat While I tried not to mope I love to run And when I can’t… Trapped I feel the walls are closing in Squashed Indoors Will I ever run again? Of course. Don't be so dramatic.
P.S. I’m back to running! Free as a bird once again. I will not take my runs for granted.

Gary, I’ll look into this tea you talk so highly about…I’m curious and Clark I’m giving the Yoga meditation a try today…(I wonder if I will fall asleep). I think investing in a lavender eye pillow is my next step. Thank you and for the tips, ideas, and reminders!Cheers to you all this week!
Take good care,
Julie
I remember having bronchitis back-to-back two months before the Boston Marathon and crying when I couldn't get outside to run and feeling so horrible. But everyone, even Kathrine Switzer, told me to rest. I did and successfully ran Boston. Sometimes, we just have to sit still as hard as it is. XO
Too much on my mind today. Your words always help. My husband had a pacemaker put in yesterday and going to see him today. His daughter is taking me to St. Joseph's Hospital. Thank God!!
