Just a thought Jules: If we were “Born to Run” or just “born to move” and post- industrial life makes it so convenient to “just stay put”, then how close are we to abandoning a birthright that kept us both sane and healthy? Convenience has it’s utility but not where or when it becomes the root cause of chronic illness. I know I’m probably preaching to the choir but it is amazing how parents celebrate their child’s first step then “role model” an existence that does not include at minimum a “daily walk in the park”. Forgive me for sounding like a 76 year old curmudgeon. I am the former but definitely not the latter. 👣🙌👣

Exactly!! I agree with you 100% ...movement is medicine in so many ways. I could rift on this all day...LOL! And lose sleep about this many nights.

"amazing how parents celebrate their child’s first step then “role model” an existence that does not include at minimum a “daily walk in the park”. This is quotable!!
