It was so incredible! I tried my best to put it in words. There was truly nothing like it. Thank you for listening in and I hope your training and fundraising efforts are going well.
Yes it's wise to practice now to see how your body responds on race day. I use Spring Energy for gels and Skratch for hydration. I know there are a ton of products out there...experiment and explore. If I can be a resource let me know.
This was PERFECT for me to hear today as I gear up to run the NYC Half Marathon with a bit of doubt on my hip/leg. You reminded me that once I get going and let it all sink in that the flow, scenery, people, and sites will keep my legs going. Thank you for the perfect reading today. XO Tracy
Hi Tracy! I'm so happy that was helpful to hear. One step at a time and let the crowd carrying you. And maybe up the hills: "Keep it chill uphill." (Maybe it will least give you a chuckle.) Cheering you on!
And be joyous.
YES!! How could I forget that....Excellent addition. Thank you Gary.
Amazing description of the Boston marathon! The energy from the people must have been incredible. Thank you so much for sharing Julie!

Thanks Julie. Going well at the moment. 16km long run this weekend. Thinking about whether I need some gels or something like that.

Oh! I'd add... and ponder.
Great one! And ponder...adding that to the poem. Thank you Jackie
Thank you Jackie. I promised myself to hit record and don't look at it after. LOL. There was a chance I would have deleted it if I watched it myself.
