We can be kinder to children than to ourselves. What a genius way to be kind to ourselves, to remember that we were children too! We are always God's children.

We sure can. I'm getting better at remembering myself as a child and other adults who sometimes can frustrate me. It's such a wonderful and loving tool. I'm so grateful Kym taught me.

Children require love

Adults too often forget

Where they started from...

Oh what a more beautiful world we could create overnight if our adult amnesia were cured. How do we so easily forget our childhood vulnerabilities, our fears, our dependence on adult unconditional love. And as we become adults we must never forget to give our inner child that same love. Apparently. Kim never forgot‼️♥️

Good morning Kym. They have been great to add to my 'toolbox' and to teach my children. :) Thank you so much.

Yes! And I wish I’d been able to raise my daughter with these tools too. Now, of course, I’m just “Mom” 🙄
