Needed to read this today. I am very, very easily distracted, and put off the important things in favour of the fluff. I'm saving this post - no, more than that, I'm writing your poem in my journal RIGHT NOW. Thank you so much, dear Julie. xxx
Hi Renate! It's wonderful to hear from you and that I'm not alone. :) We look forward to writing with you soon. Yes, grab a notebook and pen. I'll provide a prompt to get you started, and write whatever comes up.
Good morning Julie B. Hughes! Your image of Highland Forest caught me with my brain still waking up perhaps?! I considered the expression, “You can’t see the forest for the trees.” Or more literally an image representing areas you ran thru on your JFK 60? Conditions you run through on your morning runs near home? I may have to borrow Claudette’s glasses.
I’m so glad to hear you’re working on a new book inspired by your JFK 50 experience. I expect other female distance runners will take note! All the very best, and see you later today @ 11:00 DST/Eastern.
Good morning, Gary! Highland Forest is one of my training grounds. :) The trails are amazing, and there are some pretty great elevation gains. Thank you for reading and being here this morning. I look forward to writing together at 11 a.m.
Our ministry is in lur interruptions
Pastor Steven Sheldon
I’ve never heard that…
And see much value in it.
Thank you!

Put on your glasses, Claudette
Yes, and I can turn off my phone. :)
I've never heard this either and appreciate you sharing here, Claudette. xx Thank you!
Pastor Sheldon was at Manlius United Methodist Church for many years. He was so sweet and gentle and wise!

I'm glad to know I'm not alone!! You made my day. :) What an honor to have 'Write Now' in your journal. :)
My God Julie.
It is exactly that in the last month happened. Yes, considering all these statements, I will attend your lovely write hour. Time for note book.
