This week I discovered a new (to me) prolific author named Haruki Murakami. As I explored some of his published works I found he also wrote a memoir about his life as a runner. I immediately thought: Julie is in good company! :)
So much of life seems to be about finding ways to marry the things that we love!
Hi Gail, Glad you discovered Haruki. I have a few of his books. Thank you for your message. I'm so grateful I have the opportunity to move, write, and share both with others. I hope your week is going well. Thank you for the lovely postcard. Your art is so fun!
Great question, Clark. The group runs, walks, or both. Everyone goes at their own pace and chooses what they need that day. Some folks are only walkers, and some are both. The main thing is that we are outside and moving, and then we come to the page and write.
" I let go of my time goal and appreciated that I could keep going." Sometimes this is THE key! Loved this.
Thank you Mary B. I learned a lot from this trail race. :)

Thank you Juie. Well, I always find balance as an answer of harmony, Love.
Hi Renate, Thank you for your message. XX Have a great Thursday.
Here is a question...
Where is "run" in ""Run to Write"?
Does your group walk/run?

oops...Trail running on a throbbing ankle. I missed that typo.
