“Teeth clenched...” I find myself doing this too often for no apparent reason and then I hear the voice of my yoga teacher: “relax your jaw. Your jaw will not help you.” 😉

Wonderful, and well needed right now. I will be taking my husband to physical therapy to rehab his new knee at that time on Friday, but I hope to see everyone next week. Thank you Julie for the great poem.

Ever read Annie Dillard’s book, “Pilgrim at Tinker Creek” or Edward Abbey’s, “Desert Solitaire”? Two of my favorite authors and books.
