Fear Gave Up

Poem out loud

Keep showing up…

Thank you so much for being here. A quick reminder we meet tomorrow at 11 am (EST) to write together. Please come. I’ll post the link for our zoom room tomorrow.

           Fear Gave up

Sneakers spit water
with every bound
Worms scatter the road
Escape the damp ground.

Springtime—
a season to restart
Country roads meet me
Fresh energy fills my heart.

Red-winged blackbirds shrill
in delight. Robins poke at
the ground—
What a sight.

Creation and love
run after me—
I settle in and smile
Fear gave up in the second mile

Reading and loving it?

Please leave me a 2-3 sentence review on Amazon— it helps others decide if this is a book for them and creates a pattern for others to chime in. Thank you so much.
