60,000 miles of blood vessels - wow! Such a great poem - thanks, Julie! And what a fabulous prompt that line was on Friday - I really enjoyed the Write Along session.

Oh, and I loved seeing that glimpse of your monthly planner in your picture! Planning is everything! 🥳

Also love the 26.2 mug. Fifty years or so ago, enamored with the Marathon, I incorporated 26.2 as a company to sell Jewelry Art designed around the “26.2” number. The price of silver & gold started to take off so I put it on the back burner and never came back to it. But I happily see others have gone in that direction...

I see the 26.2 in so much now especially at the Expos. You definitely had a great idea. Are you designing something else?

I became a lawyer, then ran a family office furnishings & design business for 40 years. Retired 10 years ago and enjoying life, running, yoga, meditation and figuring out how to become a climate activist for our 3 precious grandchildren.....

Clark, thank you for sharing. Sarah Wilson's book talks a lot about climate change...some parts I had to take a break because I found myself getting anxious about it and sad. I know we can all come together— I'm also getting involved in my corner of the world for my children. I would love if we could find an alternative to plastic. Thank you!

Thanks Julie for the lovely insight into the Sate of Your Heart and the catalytic question that prompted it. What a compelling question to ask a loved one or dear friend. Sounds transformative.
