Yes it will. My goal is to publish March 4th. I'm in the editing stage right now...I think they call it developmental edit. Thank you Nancy for reading and so great to see you last night. :)
Jules you faithfully describe our human condition, where the ancient mind takes us to dark places to help prepare us for survival. But there is no saber toothed tiger to flee from but rather modern medicine to prolong our angst! Yes the mind impacts the body but perhaps the Soul remains untouched and by getting in touch with whatever is “holy” you have allowed the Soul to check the mind. Once again you teach us how to cope in a modern world. Thank you Jules…
I rely on my God through thick & thin! He has helped me more than anyone could ever know. I am always aware that He is always with me! Thanks for sharing this poem, Julie! Love it!!!
I love how you surrounded yourself with God's Word! I have been through Dark places. I learned early to take God's hand and trust that He will get me through. God's Word before us, behind us, all around, up and down and in us!
I think that the best part is that that is exactly where He wants us to be.
Your analysis of state of mind that day, yielding “black,” brings to mind “you are what you eat.” That you settled on a course of action that worked for you makes a wonderful point. We don’t have to grind our gears until we know “why” we feel black. Once we realize that corrective steps are required, we can engage in “what” will lift our heart and spirit.
Thanks, Julie, for suggesting that taking action against our unhelpful thoughts is an ideal starting point.
ThankYou for this powerful story Julie! And here’s another Marcus Aurelius quote: “Whatever anyone does or says, I must be Emerald and keep my color!” I wonder what the color green signified for him?
Beautiful as always, Julie. XO
Thank you so much Tracy. I'm looking forward to snow yoga! I didn't even know this was a thing...so thank you. :)

You are the BEST! I love these emojis. :) Thank you for the smile.
This is something I’ve never connected before. But I’ve seen it in people and it is so true within myself. Positivity is bright yellow! Love it.
I agree...when I think of yellow how can I not smile and be happy. I'm glad you find this too. Thank you for reading.
Will this be a book at some point? I can see these posts as chapters in a memoir.

The mind does its thing
What if Marcus had it wrong?
And the Soul stays pure?

I love this Clark...so much to ponder. Thank you for another way to look at this...perhaps that's it. Powerful.
We live in profound mystery. When I accept and surrender to that, I am in bliss.
We certainly do Clark. Thank you for this reminder.

Thank you Faith! It's amazing and wonderful to know we are not alone. xoxo

Thank you so much for being here. Surrounding myself with His word was my strength— I think you are right Claudette.

All the best today for you and your family!
Thank you Gary. I've discovered our thoughts are so powerful. Thank goodness we have a choice what we want to repeat to ourselves and think on.
I hope you have a safe day and encouraging thoughts are on replay. :)
