Oh golly me, Julie! So lovely to listen and to read today. Sending love. It's amazing how very deeply our minds and bodies connect in this way - thank you so much for reminding me to appreciate this interconnection.
Thank you for listening in Rebecca, and your message. It really is amazing the connection and for so long their was a belief that the mind and body were separate. I'm so glad we know now it's helped me heal and understand myself better.
Fear of our own mortality creates a human condition that generates all types of pain...from mental suffering to physical afflictions. Buddha’s insight that all life is suffering has a ring of truth if one is aware and honest. But he also points to how humans can respond to live a more meaningful life despite suffering. I have read much on Buddhist thought, but admittedly understand little. However, I do think there is much truth in what he, himself discovered and uncovered. To ignore his deep insights may prevent us from improving our very weird relationship with pain. Just some food for thought and pain...
Clark thank you for sharing this insight and wisdom. I'm more aware of my thoughts and emotions which can send me in a direction that isn't helpful— my own suffering I cause. It's been empowering for me to recognize. Thank you so much for being here.

Thank you so much!
Very much appreciated!
of course. xo
Great job. As I get older and see my mortality closer, I see things much differently than when I was young.
Thank you Scott. I appreciate you reading and your thoughts. Last year has definitely put many things into perspective and what matters most in life.
I got this 👍
Cool 😎
You know God's got you!
yes! I know He does. I will keep trusting His word. I need Him. Thank you Claudette and keeping Julie in my prayers.
This poem is so appropriately named.
