Your last line..."hear the voice within" Yes sometimes she is so quiet and I need to make the time to sit and listen— she is so wise. Thank you Gail.

I sometimes think of that voice as “little girl me” who I created in response to a “mind monster” exercise offered by a friend.

I thank my Mom for teaching us to go out and be with nature. To be curious. And for letting us capture crickets and make thread leashes and take them for walks and keep them overnight to listen to their song right in our room all night and then let them go with a thank you. And so many more wonderfulnesses!

And thank you for challenging me to think about what I am thankful for!
