That's amazing! I ran a 50K in May and would love to work towards a 50 mile ultra. I love the trails. :) Do you race one once a year?

Nice...I've never run a marathon distance...I think my head is filled with too much self-doubt. But I think I would most certainly enjoy the atmosphere and feeling of accomplishment if I finished.

Hi Jack, Thanks for chiming in. :) Self-doubt is definitely something I struggle with too. My first memoir talked a lot about it. I've learned mental training is just as important as the physical training. The atmosphere is amazing—hard to put into words. I bet you would love it!
