After running 26.2 miles, 30 minutes of sitting and writing was all my body would allow. I forgot. LOL.

Hope to see you later today. :) Thank you so much, Rebecca for reading.

Ah!!! I relate to a slowing pace and a nutritional off-timing . . . . Focusing on staying focused is hard work!

Hi Mary B! Thank you for your comment. I'm still trying to master my nutrition timing...I agree, focusing on staying focused is not always easy. Thank you for being here.

You’re keeping me in suspenders! My grandpa’s alternative for “suspense.” At a glance I thought the water was part of the Erie Canal or the old NYS Barge Canal. A little digging (not part of making the canals) found it to be Lake Onondaga. The bordering with colorful autumn leaves was divine! I have a feeling your training diligence will pay off later this year! See you later today, Julie B.

HA! I love this "suspenders". Thanks for the laugh. Yes Lake Onondaga and the course was around the lake 2 times. It was beautiful. There was one part in the race where all I could see was the red, orange leaves. Magnificent! Thank you for reading and happy to see you and write together. :)
