Absolutely I would love to see it added to your poem. It was my fund raising quote for the NY marathon a few years ago. It is now my mantra, especially on those days that motivation is lagging. I tried to share it but I can’t add a picture to the response, it did well for my charity and wii be used again this upcoming year. (Facebook Oct 11 2021)
I am fortunate that I will be running the NY marathon again this year. I imagine running and living in NY, that you have done this race. It truly is like a runners drug, coming over the bridge at mile 16 was incredibly emotional. I also imagine that your time is about an hour and half faster than this slow runner 😄
Not a poem, but for my charity cause. The saying is “I run for those that can’t” it makes me feel blessed no matter the run 😄🏃🏻. Thanks for sharing
I love this Howard! Thank you so much. With your permission I will add this to the poem. :) Thank you for reading and being here.

Yes! I ran it in 2011...It was an amazing experience. That is wonderful you get to run it again.
I don't run, but I walk, to fight Arthur (itis)
Thank you for adding Claudette...with your permission I will add this into the poem—We walk to fight Arthur (itis).

YAY! Thank you.
We run because .. we shall rather run towards than away from life.
Oh I love this Garima! Thank for your generous contribution.
We run to fight complicity, to break out of our routines and move past the mundane or normal.
