What a wonderful family photo from Boston 2021! I believe your expression demonstrates what you’ve chosen to do with your story. Possibly also with a hint of post-race endorphin levels?

Some grueling races aren’t run on the ground. Rather, chasing our demons can require similar effort and dedication to rid our brains, our souls, of the “dark matter” that troubles our lives.

Thanks for exemplifying that and for your books to inspire us to strive for healthier lives. 🙏🏽

Thank you so much Gary. There is so much truth to what you write here..."grueling races aren't run on the ground." I can certainly resonate. I appreciate your comments and your support. :) Have a marvelous Monday.

A “treasured” moment

Jules, continue to do what you say and say what you do. Nothing is more powerful.

Jules, as you know, people follow who they trust. You continue to deliver on your promises whenever humanly possible. Your husband and two precious children will carry your example of a promise keeper deep within their hearts forever. You are trust worthy, that is why I love reading your daily poetry. I trust you❗️

Dear Julie, I feel like I am the one person, the one runner and the one mother you had to write the book for but I know there are many others that got blessed by your books. Thank you for writing them❤️.

I have also given a lot of thought to why I’ve written my books.

Reasons and explanations flow through me like a river. The one I hold onto is that I want to be the captain of my ship, the director of my narrative -- empowered to be the hero of my own story -- come what may.

I am grateful for your sharing. Putting yourself in the display window takes some courage.

Thank you also for encouraging others to explore their stories through the room you host on Fridays.

Can’t go wrong with courage and generosity!

Good morning Gail,

I'm grateful for your comments and encouragement! Your "why" for writing your books is courageous and contagious! :) Your book Poise is allowing others to do the same. Thank you.
