Good morning Julie B.! Inspirer of thought and motion.
Movement, walking dog
Spring birds sing in revelry
Waking from Winter
Clark’s haiku offers ways we move, and I’m glad he included “stumble.” Though not this morning on our dog walk. Spring’s clarion call “Wake up you sleepy head” (Sung by LaVern Baker in 1956)” has worked its magic once again. Nature has traded numerous Spring songbirds for the Hooded Mergansers that spent the last few months with us. A wicked good trade in my mind. Happy running Julie B. .
Thank you, Julie B. Hughes! We’re still in “Lion Mode” for our start to Spring. Of course that’s Nature’s call. Happy, safe landing as we “Spring forward!”
Did today’s run begin at a lock on the Erie Canal? March lions are in good supply this “Spring.” Thanks for a solid report, Julie B. I hope to see you Monday morning, 11:00 EDST. That doesn’t seem like a right and proper way to express this?! Maybe isolate Eastern from DST? Minutia? 😁
I'm going to tell my 26-year-old daughter about it, too. She just started running, thought she hated it, but ran her first mile without stopping last weekend and said, "Hey, maybe I don't hate running . . . " 😂
We were born to move
If not, why do we have legs?
Crawl, stumble, walk, run
♥️👣♥️‼️
yes! Happy movement. :) The streams were roaring on my run this morning... the snow has melted! Spring is coming.

I hear ya! Today’s run started out in blizzard conditions then ended with sun and snow plows! YIPPEE! :)
