Winter is hard. And it is beautiful! Longing for summer won't get it here any sooner. I choose to appreciate the beauty here today.

That ain’t no joke!
I talked to my coach the other day and he reminded me that these winter months of training will callous the mind.
When I think of running, which I no longer do… I preferred winter over summer. Cold over heat. 🤔
To be able to keep going in both extremes speaks volumes about persistence and stamina. 💜
I'm the same! I would choose colder over hotter for now anyway. As I age I wonder if that will change. :)
