as I double-lace 
my sneakers
Behold—
Woolly bear 
Inch by inch 
Bit by bit 
along the damp 
pavement
she calls attention 
to 
her 
pace
her view— 
I pause 
kneel on 
level ground 
The detail 
magnificent 
Could you imagine?
