Let Go

Poem Out Loud
4
Dirt packed trails beneath
Arms swing, eyes ahead
Pick up the pace
Sneakers firmly laced

Look up
A Hawk!
Wings outstretched
Soars—
Catching the breeze
Glides alongside the trees.

Woodpecker red
Hanging out
Oak tree has acorns
Hello!
I hear her shout.

Breathing the warm air
Relaxes my soul
Blue Jay sings
from above
Let go, Let go.
