Dirt packed trails beneath Arms swing, eyes ahead Pick up the pace Sneakers firmly laced Look up A Hawk! Wings outstretched Soars— Catching the breeze Glides alongside the trees. Woodpecker red Hanging out Oak tree has acorns Hello! I hear her shout. Breathing the warm air Relaxes my soul Blue Jay sings from above Let go, Let go.
